About Dina
Dina is a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the State of Indiana. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University in Chicago, where she received three years of clinical training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. In addition to her general clinical practice, she has extensive experience working with the issues of childhood abuse, domestic violence, and other forms of traumatic stress.

Her clinical approach reflects an appreciation for insight-oriented modalities that incorporate the best of mind/body medicine, including hypnosis, EMDR, mindfulness meditation, and other stress reduction practices. Using an integrative strategy, she works collaboratively with clients to identify and transform obstacles to personal growth.

Dina is a founding member of the Indiana Society for Psychoanalytic Thought, and has served on its executive and program committees. She is a member in good standing of the American Counseling Association, Indiana Counseling Association, American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and EMDR International Association.

In addition to her private practice, she has served as a supervisor of graduate-level clinical trainees at Christian Theological Seminary and the University of Indianapolis. Throughout her career, she has provided communication and conflict resolution consultation and training to organizations in a variety of corporate, educational, and cultural settings.

Change Happens!

"Every day my clients teach me that counseling can make a real and positive difference in the quality of their lives and relationships.

I value the curious and courageous heart that propels us to take that first or next step toward real personal change."
