Performing Artists in the Zone

Performing "in the zone" for stage artists and musicians often means being able to work in a focused, energized, yet calm way in a variety of high stress situations. Rehearsals, contract negotiations, creative collaborations, memorizing new work, and the performance itself all challenge the effective performer to stay cool-headed, eliminate distractions, and communicate with confidence and ease.

To assess your current ability to perform in the creative zone, read through each item below and click on the number that best describes your degree of trust in each area.
