Athletes in the Zone
Performing "in the zone" for athletes often means being able to play or practice in a focused, energized, yet
calm way in a variety of situations. The demands of competition and training, travel, injury, team conflict,
maintaining motivation, and many other issues can challenge the high performing athlete to stay cool-headed,
eliminate distractions, and respond with confidence and flexibility. Similarly weekend warriors and everyday
athletes can improve their "focus factor" by developing their inner resources to practice and play with enjoyment and ease.
