If you have any questions regarding insurance or payment, please call the office to discuss your needs or concerns.- Payment is due upon services rendered.
- Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.
- Clients receive a monthly invoice to document payment for service.
- Clients with out-of-network benefits may be assisted in the filing of claims on a monthly basis after payment for services rendered is received.
